During your appointment:
(Physiotherapy, Osteopathy, Sports Therapy)

We will focus on the four areas below during your appointment to create a complete treatment plan for you:

  • ASSESS your problems in depth, aiming to find the root cause. This may not just be the area causing you pain as the body usually compensates.

  • EXPLAIN the problem to you, giving you understanding into what the issue is, why it’s there and where it came from.

  • TREAT the cause of the problem. Your practitioner will use techniques appropriate for your diagnosis, which may include soft tissue, joint stretching and manipulation.

  • ADVISE you after the treatment how to look after the problem more effectively and we will offer professional guidance of how to achieve this. We want to help you long term.
