This isn’t a typical exercise class. It’s a structured, clinically-informed session where each movement has a clear purpose, helping you move better.
What to Expect
With professional supervision throughout, the focus is on quality, control and gradual progression, so you leave each session feeling looser, stronger and more in tune with your body.
Improve mobility and flexibility
Build functional strength and stability
Support injury recovery and rehabilitation
Reduce stiffness, aches, and everyday discomfort
Feel more confident moving your body safely
You’ll be guided step-by-step with close supervision, ensuring every movement is performed correctly and adapted to your ability level.
The class will consist of chair based exercises, light weighted movements, gentle stretches and more.
Who is it suitable for?
This class is ideal if you:
Experience reduced mobility
Are recovering from injury or are in pain
Find it difficult to exercise on your own
Would benefit from close supervised guidance
This class is designed for anyone who would benefit from a more considered and supportive approach to exercise, particularly if you’re dealing with stiffness, recovering from an injury or surgery, or managing ongoing pain.
It’s also ideal if you’ve felt unsure about exercising independently or haven’t found a gym environment that feels quite right for you. With guidance from a physiotherapist, the class offers a safe, structured space to rebuild confidence, improve how your body moves, and return to exercise at a pace that suits you.
Classes are £12 and are in our clinic’s upstairs studio. Held every Thursday at 12.15pm.
You must be able to climb a set of stairs as the studio is on the 1st floor.
