I studied at Edge Hill University and now hold both an undergraduate degree in BSc Sports Therapy which I graduated from in 2022, and a postgraduate master’s degree in MSc Sport, Physical activity, and Mental Health, which I graduated from in 2024. My love and passion for sports therapy began when I was a dancer suffering with various MSK injuries, and becoming fascinated by the sports therapists at the time who helped me tackle all my injuries. Growing up I was always that one child that would want human anatomy books bought for me by my mum instead of princess ones, that is how I knew this job role was for me. Over time I also generated an interest into the link between physical and mental health whilst working in various settings including chiropractic clinics and sports clubs such as Everton Football Club. I have seen over my experience how an injury can mentally impact someone and how inactivity can impact a persons mental health quality, therefore sparking my interest into completing my master’s degree in sport and mental health..

I also enjoy the odd bake here and there, but usually if it has chocolate involved

Within my sessions I like to target both athletes or those with sports injuries, but also individuals who want a better quality of life and relief from physical suffering. I like to use a range of techniques to help various conditions including sports massage, muscular rehabilitation, scraping, cupping, mobilisations, trigger point release and breathwork. Within my sessions I also like to get to know you as a person to understand you as a whole and be able to support you both physically and mentally. I am also quite the chatterbox so if you want to come in just for a sports massage and a friendly chat that is totally fine with me.

In my free time I enjoy weight training and spin classes in the gym, along with going on long walks with my friends and family. I also enjoy the odd bake here and there, but usually if it has chocolate involved, I have eaten it before I can share it with anyone else.
