Hi! My name is Eleanor, and I am a sports massage therapist here at Align Healthcare.

I have completed an undergraduate degree in BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy which I graduated from this year. Alongside this, I have recently completed a Level 4 Sports Massage qualification. It was my own personal love of sport that led me down this career path, and from playing tennis I became fascinated with how the body moves, how injuries can affect performance, and how hands-on treatment can help people move and do the things they love.

Outside of work, I really enjoy running and I am always looking for the next long distance event to compete in. I’m a big believer in keeping active and looking after your body, and I am eager to support patients; whether that’s supporting recovery after exercise, easing muscle tension and tightness, or simply helping you to feel your best.
