Hi, I'm Lucy. Before joining the team at Align, I built my career in dental nursing and worked in medical aesthetics clinics across the local area. I love that no two days are ever the same, and one of my favourite parts of the job is meeting people from all walks of life. Outside of work, life is wonderfully busy with my partner, our two children, and our house full of pets! I also love cooking, and Sundays are my favourite day of the week because there's usually a house full of family and friends gathered around for a traditional roast dinner.

As part of the front-of-house team at Align, my goal is to make every client feel welcome, relaxed, and never rushed. I understand that walking into a clinic can sometimes feel a little daunting, especially if it's your first visit, so I always take the time to have a chat, answer any questions, and make sure you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. Building genuine relationships with our clients is one of the most rewarding parts of my role, and I want everyone to leave feeling happy, cared for, and looking forward to their next visit.
When I'm not in the clinic, you'll usually find me spending quality time with family and friends, heading out for an early morning walk with my dog, Poppy, or planning my next little getaway. I love discovering new restaurants, treating myself to a relaxing spa day, and making the most of weekends with the people who mean the most to me.
